Customer Review: Better than velcro
Summary: 4 Stars
The only other option for mounting your COL is by the velcro strips supplied with the COL, so this is better than nothing. It takes some work to get it situated and mounted where the COL cord or handpad won't be knocked around by the truss pole knobs. On mine I just bent the mounting flange so that the controller was further from the truss poles.
Description of Orion Holster for IntelliScope Object Controller
Made of aluminum, the holster holds the IntelliScope Computerized Object Locator firmly at the top of the base side board for easy access. The Object Locator can be quickly slid into and out the holster during use, or it can be commanded directly from its mounted position in the holster. A template is included for drilling two pilot holes to mount the holster, and two mounting screws are supplied. The holster is slotted to allow quick removal for transport, if desired.Telescope Accessories
