Description of Orion 20mm Explorer II, 1.25" Eyepiece

Our Explorer II series are good-quality 3- and 4-element eyepieces each with a 50-deg apparent field of view and attractively priced for limited budgets. The lenses are carefully ground and polished from optical quality glass to provide excellent image definition. They're fully coated with anti-reflection material to maximize light transmission. The anodized aluminum barrels are internally blackened to prevent stray light reflections and internally threaded to accept standard light-pollution and color filters.
